The Overseas Exchange programme allows Undergraduate, Master and PhD students coming from Partner Universities to undertake a one-semester of mobility for studies at the University of Pavia. Incoming students must be selected by their home institution and nominated to the University of Pavia.

  • Be officially registered
    The official registration will be made online by the International mobility Office. Students will receive all the useful information by mail.
  • Receive your arrival certificate
    You will receive your certificate of arrival from the International mobility Office.
  • Access the Area riservata
    The Area Riservata is a personal area where you can find all the information regarding the academic career. As you are an Erasmus incoming student, only a few sections will be useful to you (Home – Carriera – Libretto- Esami).

  • Activate university email
    Upon your registration, you will receive on your personal e-mail address, informations on how to activate your University of Pavia e-mail address
    You must set up your UNIPV account in order to access the Area Riservata, the Wi-Fi service and the services provided by the University of Pavia.

  • Update the LA (if needed)
    Upon your arrival, you have to check your Learning Agreement with the updated academic offer and course timetable, get it signed by your UNIPV Erasmus Coordinator and bring it to us by:

    • the end of October for 1st semester
    • the end of March for 2nd semester

    You are also required to update the initial Learning Agreement with any changes (download documents).

  • Get your attendance certificate
  • Get your transcript of records
    Please note that this will be sent directly to your home institution. All passed courses will be listed on your transcript but no failed courses will be listed. Only courses you have taken at the University of Pavia will appear on your transcript.
