If you have been selected, follow the instructions provided in this section based on the stage of mobility you are in.
BEFORE DEPARTURE
NOMINATION AND SIGNING UP AT THE HOST INSTITUTION
Once you have passed the selection process and accepted the assignment, you will need to inform us of the semester you will be starting. Based on the semester, we will nominate you to the host institution. Wait to be contacted directly by the institution itself, which will provide you with all the necessary instructions to enroll correctly.
HEALTHCARE AND ENTRY RULES
Inform yourself about entry rules and healthcare assistance in the host country. Once you have made contact with the host institution, they can provide further information on the visa application process and the necessary documents. Always refer to the embassies and inquire about the required insurance.

Fill out the data sheet and return it to the International Mobility Office (outgoing.mobility@unipv.it) at least two weeks before your departure.

LEARNING AGREEMENT
Contact the International Mobility Delegate for your Area to discuss the learning agreement (study program abroad). Download the learning agreement, fill it out, and send a copy to the Delegate for signature. Once completed, send the learning agreement to the International Mobility Office (outgoing.erasmus@unipv.it).
TIP: Make sure there is a clear connection between your study plan and the courses at the host institution, depending on your starting semester. Consult with the professors of the individual courses to verify if the course content you wish to take is compatible with what is required in your study plan.
- Contact the Delegate of your Erasmus Area to agree on the learning agreement (study program abroad).
- Download the learning agreement, complete it, and send a copy to the International Mobility Coordinator for signature.
- Send the learning agreement to the International Mobility Office
IMPORTANT: before departure, make sure the Learning Agreement is signed by you and your Erasmus Delegate at least.
By 30 days after your arrival, the receiveing insitution must approve your Learning Agreement as well!

Sign the mobility agreement following the instructions that will be sent to you via email.
DURING MOBILITY
CERTIFICATE OF ARRIVAL
After your arrival, ask your host organization to fill the Certificate of Arrival and submit it to the International Mobility Office
CHANGES TO THE LEARNING AGREEMENT
After your arrival, you may need to make changes to your Learning Agreement.
Fill in any modifications to the Learning Agreement, have them signed by the host institution and your International Mobility Delegate, and send a copy to the International Mobility Office.

Variations with dates after the end of the mobility period are not allowed.
UPON RETURN
ATTENDANCE CERTIFICATE
At the end of your period, have the certificate of period completed by your host institution and send a copy to the International Mobility Office.
Submit the certificate of the study period.
TRANSCRIPT OF RECORDS
Submit the Transcript of Records issued by the host institution
THESIS RESEARCH ACTIVITY
If you have also worked on your thesis research, have the thesis research certificate completed and send a copy to the International Mobility Office.
Thesis research activity must be included in the Learning Agreement or in one of its modifications.
