PLEASE NOTE: If you are in Italy with a residence permit, make sure it remains valid for the entire period of mobility abroad. Get Informed about Entry Rules and Health Assistance in the Host Country:

Check travel advisories and tips on Viaggiare Sicuri (Travel Safely) and on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.

Verify the entry requirements for your chosen destination.

Always rely on the guidance of the embassies or consulates of the destination country.

Go through the provided information for students going abroad.


Fill in the Learning Agreement:

Fill out the Learning Agreement by entering the necessary details and specifying the activities you will undertake. Agree on the program with your supervisor at the host institution, who must sign the document.

Contact your Area’s Delegate for International Mobility to ensure the document is correctly completed and, if you are leaving before graduation, to define the number of credits.

Credits are mandatory for all mobility activities undertaken before obtaining your degree (except for students enrolled in doctoral programs, master or vocational programmes, and specialization schools).

You can discuss the credit amount with your Erasmus Coordinator.

Insert Your Banking Coordinates in the Reserved Area:

Starting as a Graduate?

If you are beginning the internship after obtaining your degree, arrange payment for the supplementary accident insurance: Instructions

Follow the instructions for paying the insurance. This guarantees the same coverage as the other students.


OLS Test – Online Language Support

Subscribe to the European Commission’s Eu Academy e-learning platform and take the placement test for the target language: EU Academy

Don’t worry, it is free and the test results will not prevent you from participating in the Erasmus+ program.

The OLS test is a required step for all participants in mobility programs.


Sign the Mobility Agreement:

    • You will receive the mobility agreement for signature after submitting the necessary documentation.
    • Remember, the Learning Agreement must be signed by you, your Erasmus Delegate, and the supervisor at your hosting organization.
