Complete all necessary arrangements before departure, including the correct compilation of the Learning Agreement, necessary for the mobility agreement.
During the mobility
Submit the arrival certificate. During your mobility you may consider extending your period.
Note: Extensions are not subject to funding.
After the mobility
Upon your return, it’s crucial to submit the end-of-period documents, including the Traineeship Certificate and a brief final report.
IMPORTANT: If you embark on your Erasmus+ Traineeship before completing your degree, it’s essential to submit the concluding documents BEFORE receiving your degree. This is necessary to facilitate the recognition of your internship, even if it’s voluntary.
