The University of Pavia is delighted to welcome Erasmus staff from Higher education Institutions from programme countries in the framework of the Erasmus+ ICM programme.

If you work for one of the partner country higher education institutions listed in the annual call and are interested in an Erasmus+ ICM exchange at the University of Pavia for teaching or training,  then the following information should help you in applying for an exchange with us.
Duration of activity 5 days + 2 days travel time for at least 8 hours of teaching or training.

  1. Carefully read the Erasmus+ ICM selection call and its Attachment I
  2. Identify the department and the staff member at Unipv you would like to collaborate with.
  3. Get in contact by email with the staff member, including CV, in order to show your area of expertise and how the activity would benefit both universities.
  4. Agree a short Mobility agreement which must be signed by you, the Head of your Department, and the hosting staff member at Unipv. The department will consider how the visit fits with their plan of work and academic timetables. If the department agrees to host you, the hosting staff member will sign the form.
  5. Complete the online application form by one of the following deadlines
  • the 10th of February 2023 at 12:00 (midday)
  • the 31st of March at 12:00 (midday)
  • the 2nd of May at 12:00 (midday)

Please note that mobilities will have to be carried out by the 31st of July 2023.

Grants
Mobility grants for staff are provided as contributions towards subsistence and travel, paid as flat rates:
  1. Subsistence costs are paid as a lump sum at 160,00 €/day
  2. Staff travel grant is paid according to distance travelled (min 275,00 € – max 1500,00 €)

Insurance

During their stay at the University of Pavia Erasmus+ ICM incoming participants are covered by an insurance policy provided by the University of Pavia covering Third Party Liability Insurance and Accident coverage while undertaking their tasks in relation to the research/teaching activity.

Health insurance, on the other side, is not provided by the University of Pavia.
