The Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility program offers to teaching staff a contribution for carrying out a brief period of 5 days of teaching activity in a higher education institution in one of the non-EU countries (defined as Partner Countries) collaborating with UNIPV within the program.
Teaching staff of the University of Pavia can be part of the mobility program and be assigned a contribution:
- Full Professors
- Associate Professors
- Researchers
- Contract Professors
- Fixed-term Extraordinary Professors
- Fixed-term Researchers and Post-doc Fellows
Teaching activity (at least 8 hours) for 5 days + 2 days of travel in one of the universities listed in the call.
Mobility contribution made up of:
– a contribution for daily expenses (max 180,00 € per day)
– a contribution for travel expenses, according to the distance of the destination
The call for applications is annual.
The next call 2021/2022 will be published in March/April 2021.

Carefully read the call for applications.
Get in touch with the colleague at the hosting university and compile the Mobility Agreement.
Fill in the online application, attaching your Mobility Agreement.
Accept the mobility contribution
Sign the financial agreement at the International Relations Office at least 10 days before departure.
Regularize your mobility period abroad by filling in the mission module, as per University regulations.
Hand In
- the final certificate attesting the days and the hours of teaching activity actually carried out (template provided by the Office)
- the travelling documents (boarding passes, travel tickets etc.)
- in case of analytical refund, the original documentation of the expenses (supporting documents) for accomodation, travel, meals, possible other internal transports.
The contribution will be paid within 45 days after the return, after handing in the documentation.
