Starting from the 2023/24 academic year, the locations participating in the Coimbra SEN program are included in the relevant Erasmus+ Study Call for Applications.

With the Coimbra Group SEN programme, you can spend a one-semester period to study or to prepare your final thesis abroad in an historical EU University partner of the Coimbra Group.
You may participate if:
- you are officially enrolled in a bachelor, master or one-thier cycle degree
- you have a weighted average mark of 26/30 or higher.
- you have a good knowledge of the language of the host country (or the didactic language)
- you do not intend to benefit from any other EU grants provided by other programmes or actions financed by the European Commission during your period of study
During your study period you can attend courses, sit exams, conduct research activities in preparation for a thesis (just for some destinations).
Upon your return, the activities that you have carried out abroad will be officially recognised by the University of Pavia. A contribution to cover part of the expenses related to the study period will be assigned to those students with an higher merit ranking.
You can carry out your study period in one of the EU Universities destinations listed in the call belonging to the Coimbra Group SEN network.
You have to apply to the Coimbra Group SEN call which is published yearly on March and which allows you to carry out your mobility period during the following academic year.

Read carefully the call for selection and its attachment and verify that you meet all the conditions for participation
Check which Area your course belongs to.
Apply online on your Area Riservata , attaching the following documents:
- Learning agreement
- Motivation letter
- Language certificate
- Self-declaration form for exemption from the English test (to be used only in the cases defined by the call)
Take part to the selection interview
- Register at your host institution and find accommodation by following the instructions, processes and deadlines of the host university.
- Check entry rules in your host country and the healthcare system of the host country
Read the information sheet for outgoing students and sign the declaration of risk assumption and disclaimer
Fill in your Learning agreement 21-22:
Contact your International mobility Coordinator in order to agree the Learning Agreement (study programme for abroad).
Download and fill in a copy of the Learning Agreement
Sign it, have it signed by your International mobility Coordinator and send it by email to the International Mobility Office:
– before 31st July 2021 if you wish to spend the first semester or full academic year abroad
– before 19th November 2021 if you wish to spend the second semester abroad- Fill in and send to coimbrasen@unpv.it your Bank information form to let us know your bank account details for the payment of the scholarship
- Sign the Mobility mobility agreement , following the instructions you will receive by email
- Send your confirmation of arrival
- Fill in any changes to the learning agreement (if needed)
Hand in your certificate of attendance
Hand in your final transcript of records (and/or your thesis certificate if needed)
