The University of Pavia is delighted to welcome Erasmus staff from Higher education Institutions from programme countries in the framework of the Erasmus+ ICM programme.
If you work for one of the partner country higher education institutions listed in the annual call and are interested in an Erasmus+ ICM exchange at the University of Pavia for teaching or training, then the following information should help you in applying for an exchange with us.
Duration of activity 5 days + 2 days travel time for at least 8 hours of teaching or training.
Non-EU teaching staff – Erasmus+ KA171 (ICM)
The person in charge of the mobility at the sending University will communicate the names of the selected teachers to University of Pavia, by sending an email to erasmus.staff.mobility@unipv.it.
The University of Pavia will directly contact the selected teachers to explain the procedure to follow.
- Subsistence costs are paid as a lump sum at 160,00 €/day
- Staff travel grant is paid according to distance travelled (min 275,00 € – max 1500,00 €)
Insurance
During their stay at the University of Pavia Erasmus+ ICM incoming participants are covered by an insurance policy provided by the University of Pavia covering Third Party Liability Insurance and Accident coverage while undertaking their tasks in relation to the research/teaching activity.
Health insurance, on the other side, is not provided by the University of Pavia.
