DIRASA aims to improve the governance of university research in Tunisia by promoting dialogue and scientific cooperation among the actors of the Tunisian national research system.
In particular, it aims to strengthen strategic monitoring capacities and the scientific forecasting process by improving the skills of university staff, enhancing the visibility of university research, and developing interactions between the research environment and the socio-economic environment.
DIRASA will achieve its objectives by highlighting new technologies in higher education necessary to develop this sector and its links with society by creating a network of universities, research units and centers, and laboratories at the national level.
The main target groups of the project’s actions are university leaders, administrative and academic staff, researchers, doctoral students, and representatives of society in general, such as policymakers and other national and local institutions, who will actively participate in the cooperation workshop planned by the project.
