The Erasmus Plus project PEN-QM – Sustainable Quality Management – to foster future-proof job skills of HEI learners aims to establish sustainable and innovative quality management mechanisms within the Practice Enterprise (PE) and to foster the integration of future-proof job skills of HEI learners. The project will collaborate with HEI institutions and any other institution that works with PE.
The main target groups of the project are:
HEI learners in the fields of economics, accountancy, sales and marketing, auditing, and PE;
HEI teachers and lecturers in subjects related to internal or external audit, quality management, control, monitoring of company processes, evaluation of company activities, and topics related to management and PE;
PE networks.
The key objective of PEN-QM is to explore ways to provide Higher Education Institution learners from different specialties, teachers, and the HEI community with an innovative web-based learning instrument for the practical application of the top 10 Jobs Skills of Tomorrow. Secondly, the PEN-QM project aims to develop innovative models for monitoring quality which will improve the activities carried out by the Practice Enterprise. Finally, the consortium aims to facilitate greater cooperation between the PE network and HEIs on Quality, Evaluation, and Audits.
The working methodology will build an understanding of business activity improvement through activity evaluation methodology (theoretical part and platform creation). Moreover, it will encourage Practice Enterprise networks to explore ways to improve their activities using internal and external evaluation tools. HEI learners will be involved in PE evaluation processes and carry out PE activities audits in different areas (General management, Purchasing, Sales, Communication, Marketing, Human resources, IT and digitalization, Company social responsibility, and Sustainable development), which will be standardized through the utilization of minimum quality requirements and Sustainable Quality management E-Platform for HEIs.
The PEN-QM project will improve the skills of HEI learners and teachers in analytical and critical thinking, innovation, problem-solving, etc. The project will also improve the cooperation between Practice Enterprises and HEIs on audits by working together on materials and online tools testing and through student exchange activities (virtual and in-person).
