Academic Delegates for International Mobility
Each scientific-disciplinary area has an Academic Delegate for International Mobility, responsible for:
- Coordinating international mobility activities within their scientific-disciplinary area.
- Managing any issues related to the planning, preparation, implementation, and recognition of mobility activities.
- Overseeing requests for the activation, modification, renewal, or cancellation of international agreements related to mobility within their area of competence.
- Monitoring the quality of active exchange agreements in their scientific-disciplinary area.
- Organizing and coordinating selection committees for international mobility programs.
- Ensuring the proper execution of mobility programs for incoming and outgoing students within their study program.
- Evaluating, approving, and signing Learning Agreements for Study or Traineeship, including any subsequent modifications.
- Authorizing possible extensions of mobility, in accordance with the guidelines attached to this regulation.
- Submitting requests for validation and recognition of activities carried out abroad by students, ensuring that no additional exams or assessments are required, in compliance with the guidelines.
- Drafting and submitting an annual report to the University Commission for International Mobility on the progress of mobility in their scientific-disciplinary area.
Each Delegate may be supported by technical-administrative staff responsible for carrying out operational activities related to international mobility programs.
International Mobility Representatives
The International Mobility Representatives assist the Delegate in the operational management of mobility activities. Their appointment may be based on various criteria, including:
- The type of mobility program,
- The geographical area of reference,
- The mobility flow, whether incoming or outgoing.
