  • Register at your host institution
    by following the instructions, processes and deadlines of the host university

  • Check entry rules in your host country consulting the relevant embassy or consulate in Italy.
    Find out about the healthcare system of the host country by consulting the ATS or the country’s embassy or consulate in Italy.
  • Read the information sheet for outgoing students and sign the declaration of risk assumption and disclaimer.

     

  • Fill in your Learning agreement 22-23:

    • Contact the coordinator for your Erasmus Area in order to agree the Learning Agreement (study programme for abroad).
    • Download and fill in a copy of the Learning Agreement
    • Sign it, have it signed by your Erasmus Coordinator and send it by email to the International Mobility Office:
      • before 1st July 2022 if you wish to spend the first semester or full academic year abroad
      • before 18th November 2022 if you wish to spend the second semester abroad
  • Insert your italian bank account details in your Area riservata (Home>Anagrafica>Inserisci/Modifica dati di rimborso)
    If you have a foreign bank account, please contact the International Mobility office (outgoing.erasmus@unipv.it)

     

    Self declaration for students going to Switzerland

  • Access you personal page on Mobility online using your UNIPV credentials and fill in the section dedicated to the start and end date of your mobility (please fill it in according to the academic calendar of your host institution) and the kind of mobility (in person or blended)

  • Access you personal page on Mobility online using your UNIPV credentials and sign the Erasmus mobility agreement

     

    The mobility agreement is in italian language only. Here you will find a general template version of the agreement for your reference.
